No. We work with Fresha, Treatwell, or any system you already use. We connect to it, pull the data we need, and layer the automations on top. If you're not using a booking system yet, we'll set one up as part of the build.
Walk-ins are fine and we keep them. But even walk-in customers can give you their number for a loyalty stamp or receipt — that's all we need to start building the relationship. The goal isn't to force everyone online, it's to capture the ones who are willing.
A basic setup — online booking, WhatsApp reminders, post-visit follow-up — takes about one to two weeks. More complex builds with loyalty programmes and campaign sequences take two to three weeks. You're not offline during the build.
